Founder & CEO

Stephen brings over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry with a focused expertise in Master Planned and Mixed-Use developments. His extensive portfolio includes high-end resort and waterfront luxury developments, showcasing his skill in delivering tailored real estate solutions for a diverse range of clients. Previously, Stephen served as Chief Real Estate Executive Officer for Velocity Resorts LLC, a multi-billion dollar master-planned development in Tennessee, where he successfully raised over one billion in capital and negotiated key entitlements and incentive packages. He holds a Master's degree from Auburn's Harbert College of Business in MRED and has a GRI designation.

Partner & COO

Krista is a real estate developer with a strong foundation in finance and strategic planning. A former CPA, she holds a Master of Real Estate Development from Auburn University, building on an MBA and BSFCS from the University of Georgia. With three decades of combined experience, Krista brings sharp analytical skills and a disciplined approach to structuring and evaluating complex projects. She brings expertise spanning public accounting, corporate finance, hospitality, manufacturing, real estate investing and development. Outside of work, she is guided by a philosophy of intentional living.
